Complaints

• I am a farmer, how do I make a complaint about Vivergo Pellets or Vivergo Syrup?
  Please notify all complaints direct to your supplier within five working days of despatch.
• I am a farmer, how do I make a complaint about Vivergo Moist?
  Please notify all complaints direct to your KW sales specialist as soon as you are aware of a problem with your feed.
• I am a merchant, how do I make a complaint about Vivergo Pellets or Vivergo Syrup?
  Please notify all complaints direct to your Trident Sales Co-ordinator within five working days of despatch or as soon as you are made aware of the problem by your customer.
